The Vice Regent of Natuna, Rodhial Huda, accompanied by the Regional Secretary of Natuna Regency, Boy Wijanarko Varianto, officially released 200 Natuna Geopark Ride 2024 participants, held at Piwang Beach on Sunday (07/01) morning.
The Natuna Geopark Ride 2024 event, which was attended by cyclists outside the region, namely the Folding Bicycle Women Cycling Community (WCC Seli) of 60 cyclists and local cyclists. With two routes:
- Piwang Beach – Batu Kasah
- Piwang Beach – Teluk Depeh
The Vice Regent of Natuna stated that Sport tourism is one of the right treatments for the development of Natuna Regency’s tourism sector, because Natuna still has beautiful nature.
Furthermore, Rodhial Huda stated that with the innovation of tourism activities, it is expected to increase tourism visits to Natuna Regency, both local and foreign tourists.
Rodhial Huda further expressed his appreciation and gratitude to all parties involved in the success of the Natuna Geopark Ride 2024 event, so that it runs safely, comfortably and conducively.
The event began with the release of participants, followed by zapin gymnastics with the Vice Regent of Natuna and followed by the community and the exhibition of dozens of UMKM bazaars aimed at increasing the economic value activities of the Natuna Regency community.
Also present at the event were the Secretary of Natuna, Kajari Natuna, Danlanud, Danlanal, Danpasus, Heads of OPD, and the Community.
