Natuna Regent Hosts Dinner for Indonesian Judicial Commission Delegation

Natuna Regent Cen Sui Lan hosted a dinner at the Natuna Regional Hall on Wednesday evening, August 19, to welcome the Indonesian Judicial Commission (Komjak RI) delegation during its working visit to Natuna. The dinner was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, giving both sides an opportunity to strengthen relations and communication.

The event was attended by Natuna Deputy Regent, the Deputy Head of the Riau Islands High Prosecutor’s Office, members of the Indonesian Judicial Commission, the former Head of the National Library of Indonesia for 2016–2023, a National Library librarian, the Natuna Regional Secretary, members of the Natuna DPRD, Forkopimda representatives, and heads of local government agencies.

Cen Sui Lan thanked the Indonesian Judicial Commission for visiting Natuna. She said the visit was a valuable opportunity to build stronger cooperation between the local government and law enforcement institutions. She also hoped that the good relationship could continue to grow and support better governance and public services in Natuna.

The visit was part of the Commission’s external oversight of the prosecution service in the region. During the visit, the two sides also exchanged views on local development, law enforcement, and ways to improve public services. Cen Sui Lan expressed hope that stronger communication and cooperation would help promote professional, transparent, and accountable law enforcement while contributing to Natuna’s development.
