After the Working Visit in Serasan and East Serasan Districts, the Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi and his entourage visited Subi District to hand over operational vehicle assistance in the form of an Ambulance unit to support health services at the Subi Health Center.
In his speech when handing over the assistance, located in the Subi Health Center yard, Wednesday (18/9) afternoon, the Regent of Natuna Wan Siswandi said that the assistance was intended to facilitate patient mobilization as a form of improving the quality of health services for the community.
He hoped that the Puskesmas could be at the forefront in serving people who need medical services and provide education to the community about the importance of implementing a healthy lifestyle, so that the quality of public health can be maintained.
He further added to maximize health services, the local government will deploy specialist doctors, such as Internal Medicine Doctors, Obstetricians and other specialist doctors who will be placed at the sub-district level, so that medical action can be held more quickly, evenly and effectively.
In strengthening health resources, the Government has also collaborated with the Indonesian Ministry of Health to provide opportunities for local children to study medical education, later to be prepared to serve in the regions.
In addition to handing over an ambulance unit to the Head of Subi Health Center, the Natuna Regent also symbolically handed over school bags for elementary and junior high school students in Subi District.
