Located at the Sri Serindit soccer field, Jln Datuk Kaya Wan Mohammad Benteng, Ranai Kota village, Bunguran Timur District, Natuna Regent, Wan Siswandi officially opened the Natuna Regent Tournament Cup in 2024, Tuesday (3/9) afternoon.
Also present at the event were members of the Forkopimda, DPRD chairman and members, General Administration Assistant, leaders of Regional Apparatus Organizations, sub-district heads and village heads throughout Bunguran Timur Sub-district, Chairperson of the Natuna Regency PKK, community leaders, youth leaders, and tournament participants.
Wan Siswandi stated that this activity was the third time it had been held during his leadership with Rodhial Huda as the Vice Regent of Natuna.
The purpose of organizing this activity is none other than as a means of consolidation, competing and carving achievements, as well as a medium for finding talents for potential regional sports athletes.
Wan Siswandi hoped that this activity could run smoothly, which could only be realized with the awareness of all participants in obeying the rules and regulations as agreed upon and determined together.
On the same occasion, the Head of the Natuna Regency Youth and Sports Service, Hikmatul Arif, reported that this activity aims to build friendship, spur and improve the sports achievements of athletes, build togetherness and sportsmanship of regional sportsmen.
Hikmatul also explained, the activities that have been held from August 31 to October 10, 2024, will compete in several sports, including Foot Ball (Sri Serindit Field), Volleyball (Piwang Beach, Ranai), Futsal (GOR Sport Center Air Mulung), Sepak Takraw (Piwang Beach Field), Table Tennis (GOR Gemilang-Jemengan), Billlyard (Ekki Billyard-Jl.
