The official visit of Riau Islands Vice Governor Nyanyang Haris Pratamura to Natuna included a community harvest event in Bunguran Batubi and an evening dinner with the Natuna Regency Government. The dinner was held at the Regional Hall on Batu Sisir, Bukit Arai, Ranai, on Tuesday, September 1, 2026, providing an informal setting for provincial and local officials to strengthen communication and coordination.
The gathering was attended by Nyanyang Haris Pratamura and several heads of provincial government agencies, along with Natuna Vice Regent, Natuna Regional Secretary, and related heads of regional government agencies. The relaxed atmosphere allowed the officials to exchange views while strengthening the working relationship between the Riau Islands Provincial Government and the Natuna Regency Government.
Natuna Regent Cen Sui Lan welcomed the visit, describing it as a reflection of the provincial government’s support and concern for Natuna and its community. She said the dinner was more than a ceremonial occasion, serving instead as an opportunity to strengthen ties and improve coordination between the two levels of government.
Cen Sui Lan emphasized that effective communication and coordination are essential to maintaining and accelerating regional development. She expressed hope that the cooperation and support between the provincial and regency governments would continue, particularly in maintaining the stability of ongoing development programs.
