Cen Sui Lan Opens the 2025–2029 Natuna Regency RPJMD Development Planning Forum

The Regent of Natuna, Cen Sui Lan, officially opened the Musyawarah Perencanaan Pembangunan (Musrenbang) or Development Planning Forum for the 2025–2029 Regional Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMD). She was accompanied by the Regional Secretary, Assistant for Economic Development, and the Head of the Regional Development Planning, Research and Innovation Agency (BP3D) of Natuna Regency. The event was held in the Zoom Room of the Natuna Regent’s Office, Jalan Batu Sisir Bukit Arai, Ranai, on Monday morning (June 3).

Attending virtually were speakers from the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Riau Islands Provincial Government, as well as heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations, subdistrict heads throughout Natuna Regency, the Head of the Customary Council, community leaders, religious leaders, youth representatives, business actors, and members of the Regional Development Acceleration Team (TPPD) of Natuna Regency.

In her remarks, Cen Sui Lan welcomed the activity as part of implementing Minister of Home Affairs Regulation No. 86 of 2017, aimed at improving the quality of regional development planning documents. She emphasized that this forum represents a strategic step in formulating the direction of development policies and programs for the next five years.

She expressed hope that the forum would generate input and suggestions from all participants and stakeholders—based on their competencies, authorities, strategic issues, and challenges faced—as valuable considerations for refining the draft of Natuna Regency’s RPJMD 2025–2029.

Importantly, Cen Sui Lan reminded everyone that the key to realizing all points of the development agenda lies in building collaborative partnerships and support from all parties, to achieve a progressive, competitive, culturally rooted Natuna. (Pro_kopim/Sri)
