Located in the Natuna Hotel Hall, Ranai Darat, Monday (08/07) morning, the Vice Regent of Natuna, Rodhial Huda, accompanied by Regional Secretary Boy Wijanarko Varianto, officially opened the Orientation of Government Employees with Work Agreements within the Natuna Regency Government for the 2024 Budget Year.
Rodhial Huda said in his speech this activity is the most important initial stage of all processes in carrying out duties as a government civil servant. Therefore, all participants are expected to be able to apply the ASN Core Values “Berakhlak” and Employer Branding “Proud to Serve the Nation” in providing professional services to the community.
Rodhial added, with the transition of status from Regional Honorer to PPPK, he hoped all participants, to make adjustments in the implementation of duties and responsibilities as public services, and be able to become the glue of national unity and integrity.
On the same occasion, the Head of the Natuna Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency, Muhamad Alim Sanjaya reported that the purpose of this activity was to provide an introduction to the basic values, duties and functions of the State Civil Servants in carrying out their job duties.
