Thursday (05/12) Morning, Located at the Sri Srindit Building, the Vice Regent of Natuna Rodhial Huda opened the Learners’ Harvest Festival, which is the 11th batch of Regional Special Areas for the implementation of face-to-face learning (PTM) 4 Promoter Teacher Education Programme Batch 11 Year 2024.
Panen Karya is one of the stages in the Promoter Teacher Education Programme (PGP). PGP is a leadership education programme for teachers to be leaders in teaching and learning. The programme includes online training, workshops, conferences, and mentoring.
The Vice Regent of Natuna, Rodhial Huda, in his speech stated that the function of teachers is the front liners in improving the ecosystem of teachers who are more innovative in advancing education in Natuna Regency.
Rodhial Huda also emphasised that every teacher should be a driving force. How teachers can be a solution to every social problem in their respective environments, especially educational problems.
At the end of his speech, he hoped that the teachers could continue to develop their perspective as agents of education in order to improve the education ecosystem, especially in Natuna Regency.
Staff Director of Principal Supervision of the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education, Yan Setiawan in his report said that there were 23 prospective activator teachers spread across various schools in Natuna Regency. Until now, Natuna has 71 teacher activists.
Furthermore, it was conveyed that this driving teacher was programmed in Regional Special Areas in Natuna, especially in areas outside the Bunguran Island. Through Promoter Teacher, it is hoped that it can become a new face in Natuna Regency’s better education.
The opening ceremony of the Learners’ Harvest Festival was marked by a direct review of the learning results stand which was a collaboration of several schools in Natuna Regency. Followed by learning guidance through a driving teacher seminar directly guided by the Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education.
Present at the event were the Chairperson of the Riau Islands Promoter Teachers, Head of the Riau Islands Education Office, Head of the Natuna Education Office, Members of the DPRD, Chairperson of PGRI Natuna, Chairperson of IGI Natuna Regency, Principals and Promoter Teacher Candidates.
