The Regional Secretary of Natuna Regency, Boy Wijanarko Varianto, officially opened the Socialization of Public Service Policy within the Natuna Regency Government in 2024, held at the Jelita Sejuba Ball Room, Sepempang Village, Bunguran Timur District, Wednesday (12/06) morning.
Boy stated in his speech that this activity was intended to actualize a proper public service delivery system in accordance with the general principles of good governance and corporations, and to fulfil public service delivery according to the laws and regulations.
In the future, the form and essence of services must meet several classifications, including the possibility to be more quickly realized, right on target, cheaper and simpler for all people without exception.
Head of the Organization Section of the Natuna Regency Secretariat as the Chief Executive of the Activity, Sari Ekawati reported that this activity aims to enable all Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD) to understand public service policies thoroughly.
This means to support the realization of clear boundaries and relationships related to the rights, responsibilities, obligations, and authorities of all parties related to the implementation of public services themselves.
Attending the event were several regional officials, including the Administrative Assistant of the Natuna Regency Secretariat, several relevant OPD heads, resource persons from the Ministry of Administrative Reform and Bureaucratic Reform, and training participants who were representatives from all OPDs.
