Located in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room of the Natuna Regent’s Office, Jalan Batu Sisir Bukit Arai, Bunguran Timur District, the Vice Regent of Natuna, Rodhial Huda, led a Coordination Meeting with the heads and secretaries of Regional Apparatus Organisations (OPD) within the Natuna Regency Government, Monday (08/07) morning.
Rodhial stated that in order to improve the quality of services and optimise the implementation of official duties, each OPD must conduct periodic evaluations, to find problems, strengths, and strategies to increase organisational productivity.
According to Rodhial, in the 3 years of Wan Siswandi and Rodhial Huda’s leadership, many things have been achieved by OPD, but the information on these achievements and progress has not been widely disseminated to the public.
The advancement of digital transformation requires all government institutions to have a platform that bridges information with the public. This is intended to share information openly and quickly, especially regarding various policies, forms of service and service strategies to the community.
On this occasion, all OPDs submitted reports on the progress of work programs that had been held, especially in the community service sector, as well as future development plans in the implementation of government, development and services in Natuna Regency.
Present on the occasion were Assistant I and Assistant III of the Natuna Regency Secretariat, heads and secretaries of OPDs within the Natuna Regency Government. (Pro_Kopim/Patli)
