Natuna Regent Cen Sui Lan led a monitoring and evaluation meeting on the management of the National Public Service Complaint Management System – People’s Online Aspiration and Complaint Service (SP4N-LAPOR!) for 2025 on Friday morning (August 7).
The meeting was held at the Natuna Regent’s Office in Bukit Arai and attended by the Regional Secretary, heads of regional government agencies, sub-district heads, and heads of community health centers (Puskesmas) across Natuna, both in person and online.
Cen Sui Lan said public complaints are an important part of improving the quality of government services. Through SP4N-LAPOR!, local governments have a system to receive, manage, and respond to complaints from the community.
She explained that the evaluation was not only aimed at reviewing achievements but also at identifying problems and finding ways to improve the system. A good complaint management system, she said, can help create public services that are more open, responsive, and focused on people’s needs.
The Regent called on all regional government agencies to improve their SP4N-LAPOR! performance by strengthening coordination, paying attention to public feedback, and ensuring that every complaint is handled quickly and properly.
She also emphasized that effective complaint management can help build public trust and improve the government’s image and accountability.
Cen Sui Lan hopes the results of the evaluation will become a basis for continuous improvement, allowing SP4N-LAPOR! to work more effectively and provide greater benefits to the people of Natuna. (Pro_kopimnatuna/R&S)
