The Natuna Regency Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) held a plenary meeting to deliver its recommendations on the Regent’s Accountability Report (LKPJ) for the 2025 fiscal year. The meeting took place at the DPRD Plenary Hall on Yos Sudarso Street, Batu Hitam, Ranai, on Friday morning (08/05).
Among those in attendance were Natuna Regent Cen Sui Lan, accompanied by Vice Regent Jarmin, the Regional Secretary, the Chairperson and Deputy Chairpersons of the Natuna DPRD, as well as heads of regional government agencies.
Leading the plenary session, DPRD Chairperson Rusdi stated that several points had been highlighted in the evaluation of the LKPJ report. These included efforts to increase Regional Original Revenue (PAD), resolve regional debts from the 2024/2025 fiscal period, and strengthen key sectors such as healthcare, education, fisheries, tourism, and others.
Rusdi also emphasized that all regional government agencies (OPD) should continue aligning their work programs and planning with the RPJPD and RPJMD, so that regional development remains in line with the vision and mission that have been set.
On the same occasion, Regent Cen Sui Lan expressed appreciation for the recommendations delivered by the legislative institution in its role as a development oversight body. Moving forward, she said the regional government and the executive branch would continue working to improve the quality of regional development.
However, Cen Sui Lan also acknowledged the importance of collaboration and strong coordination among all stakeholders, especially with the legislative institution and the Natuna DPRD.
