Regent of Natuna Opens 2025 Musrenbang, Hopes to Accelerate Regional Development

The Regent of Natuna, Cen Sui Lan, officially opened the 2025 Regency-Level Development Planning Meeting (Musrenbang) for Natuna Regency, held at the Sri Serindit Multipurpose Hall, Ranai, on Tuesday afternoon (June 10).

In her opening remarks, Cen Sui Lan stated that the Musrenbang RKPD (Regional Government Work Plan) is the implementation of the mandate of Law No. 25 of 2004 concerning the National Development Planning System and Ministry of Home Affairs Regulation No. 86 of 2017 regarding the Procedures for Regional Development Planning, Control, and Evaluation.

Through this activity, productive priority programs can be incorporated into the 2026 Regional Government Work Plan (RKPD) of Natuna Regency to support the achievement of the Regional Vision and Mission, as well as the Asta Cita Programs of President Prabowo Subianto.

Cen Sui Lan further conveyed that the 2026 development policy direction is expected to boost regional economic growth, increase community income, and reduce poverty and economic inequality, in line with the targets set for achievement by 2026.

The event was attended by several members of the Riau Islands Provincial DPRD, the Chairperson and several members of the Natuna Regency DPRD, members of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda), the Regional Secretary, Assistant Secretaries, heads of regional government agencies, sub-district heads, village heads, heads of the PKK (Family Welfare Movement), religious leaders, traditional leaders, scholars, school principals, entrepreneurs, and the Natuna Regency Development Acceleration Team.
