Leading the GTRA Team Session The Regional Secretary of Natuna: Similar Perception to Issue Redis Land Certificates

Located in the Meeting Room of the Natuna Regent’s Office, Batu Sisir Bukit Arai Street, on Tuesday (13/8) morning, the Regional Secretary of Natuna Regency, Boy Wijanarko Varianto led the Natuna Regency Agrarian Reform Task Force (GTRA) Team Meeting.

One of Boy’s statements at that time was related to the legal basis of the land redistribution which is the implementation of Law number 5 of 1960 concerning basic agrarian regulations (UUPA).

From similar activities that have been held for the umpteenth time, Boy said that there must be an effort to equalize perceptions to convey information and the community’s right to obtain a land certificate from the Retribution (Redis).

Boy stated that so far the Natuna Regency National Land Agency has managed to record 900 parcels of land resulting from the levy that was presented at the last session, and so far the implementation has not found any significant obstacles.

As for the villages that are the subject of evaluation of redistribution activities in 2024 category VI, including in Laut Island District (Air Payang Village, Tanjung Pala, Kudur), Serasan District (Tanjung Balau), and Subi District (Terayak).

As for category II villages/sub-districts, they are West Bunguran Sub-district (East Sedanau and Semedang Villages, South Bunguran Sub-district (South Cemaga, North Cemaga, Cemaga, North Bunguran Sub-district (North Kelarik), North East Bunguran Sub-district (Limau Manis), and Ranai Darat Sub-district (East Bunguran Sub-district). Meanwhile, the entire certificate issuance process was also accompanied by the Natuna Attorney General’s Office.

Also attending the event were several leaders of related Regional Apparatus Organizations, representatives from the Natuna District Attorney’s Office, village heads, LAM leaders, and representatives from the Natuna Regency National Land Office.(pro_kopim/Sri).
