The Regent of Natuna, in this case represented by the Assistant of Economy and Development of the Regional Secretariat of Natuna Regency, Basri, officially opened the Cooperative and Entrepreneurship Training from the Non-Physical Special Allocation Fund (DAK) Program for 2024, located at the Integrated Business Service Center (PLUT) Office of the Natuna Grand Mosque Complex, Ranai, Wednesday (07/08) morning.
Basri said that Natuna is currently the only region that holds the status of National Geopark in the Riau Islands. The Geopark has become one of the regional promotional issues that Natuna is expected to be better known by the broader community in the future.
Basri emphasized to MSME players to be able to add the Natuna Geopark logo to each product produced, so that the wider community can be more familiar with this area.
Basri hoped that all participants would be able to take part in the activity seriously, scrutinize and understand all the material presented, so that in the future it can be applied to efforts to strengthen institutions for cooperatives, as well as increase productivity for MSME players.
Furthermore, the Head of the Department of Industry, Trade, Micro Business Cooperatives, Marwan Syahputra reported that this training is a program implemented through the Non-Physical Special Allocation Fund (DAK) for the activities of Capacity Building for Cooperatives and MSEs (Pk2UMK) in fiscal year 2024.
This program aims to increase the knowledge, skills and capacity of micro business actors in the field of cooperatives and entrepreneurship, so that in the future they will be able to increase competitiveness in a sustainable manner.
The participants who took part in the activity which will be held from August 7 to 8, 2024 are 60 people, consisting of micro business actors (30 people) and cooperative administrators / supervisors (30 people).
