Thursday (01/08) morning, the Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi, accompanied the Head of BMKG RI, Dwikorita Karnawati, in the opening of the New Cadet Recruitment Selection at the College of Meteorology Climatology and Geophysics (STMKG), at the SMAN 01 Bunguran Timur Hall.
Wan Siswandi expressed his appreciation and gratitude for this cooperation, as a collaborative effort to enhance human resources, of educational opportunities at STMKG.
Wan Siswandi further stated that the collaboration with STMKG is hoped can produce high-quality and competent human resources based on the needs of the maritime region.
Wan Siswandi also motivated the youths of Natuna who participated in the STMKG recruitment, hoping that they would be serious and use of the opportunity properly.
The Head of BMKG RI, Dwikorita Karnawati, stated that with all the potential exists in Natuna, it is vital to strengthen human resources and must continue to be driven towards Natuna Emas.
Dwikorita also said that the synergy must be maintained in supporting the development of BMKG and Natuna Regency.
The event continued with a visit of the selection room which is spotted in the computer room of SMAN 01 Bunguran Timur.
The SKD selection was attended by 22 boys and girls from several districts throughout Natuna Regency.
