Located at the Trend Central Hotel, the Vice Regent of Natuna, Rodhial Huda officially opened the Orientation of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) within the Natuna Regency Government in 2023.
Attending the activity were the Assistant Regional Secretariat, several heads of Regional Apparatus Organisations and activity participants.
In his speech, Rodhial Huda said that this orientation activity is the most important stage of all the processes that will be passed. In the future, he stated that all PPPKs within the Natuna Regency Government must be able to implement and apply the ASN Core values "Moral" and Employer Branding "proud to serve the nation", in providing excellent and professional services to the community.
In addition, by changing the status from honorary employees to PPPK, Rodhial hopes that all PPPKs will be able to make adjustments to the responsibilities and duties carried out, especially as public servants and be able to become the glue of national unity and integrity.
On the same occasion, the Head of the Natuna Regency Personnel and Human Resources Development Agency, Muhamad Alim Sanjaya, reported that the purpose of this activity was to provide an introduction to the basic values, duties and functions of the State Civil Apparatus in carrying out the duties of his position.
The activity, attended by 697 PPPK people, started on 29 November and will end on 16 December 2023. (D&S)
