The Vice Regent of Natuna Hopes for Synergy to Actualize Development Vision and Mission in The Opening of South Bunguran Musrenbang

The Sub-District of South Bunguran held a Development Planning Meeting (Musrenbang) for 2023 on Thursday (2/2), in the Sub-District of South Bunguran Meeting Room.

The Vice Regent of Natuna, Rhodial Huda, officially opened the occasion, which was attended by several regional officials, including the Vice Chairman of the DPRD and several DPRD Members, several Heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations (OPD), Sub-District Heads and its elements, Village Heads of South Bunguran Sub-District, and other invitees.

Rodhial Huda stated in his speech that the Musrenbang should be a forum for stakeholders to discuss and agree on various priority programs based on village-level proposals, which are then integrated to realize the Vision and Mission of regional development.

The outcomes of the Musrenbang discussion and agreement will be used to prepare the final draft of the RKPD, which aims to determine the direction of regional development policies and priorities, as well as to ensure that the proposed sub-district priority programs are related to the duties and functions of each OPD.

Furthermore, Musrenbang’s sub-district level must focus on improving community welfare and closing development gaps, both in terms of infrastructure and human resource quality.

Rodhial appealed to all elements of development to continue to build synergy not only relying on APBD funding sources, but also through various related ministries, in order for development to be on target and provide carrying capacity for development progress.

At the same time, Natuna Regency DPRD member Wan Aris stated that the implementation of Musrenbang was intended to conduct an inventory of proposed activities, particularly at the village level. However, all proposals must include a detailed explanation, background, constraints, and impact of the proposed activity program, so that it can be considered later and made a priority program to be implemented.
