The Vice Regent of Natuna Appreciates the Ministry of Transportation for Organising Spukta and Safety Management System Human Factor Training in Natuna

Located in the Natuna Dive Resort Hall, Sepempang Village, Bunguran Timur District, the Vice Regent of Natuna, Rodhial Huda, accompanied by the Regional Secretary, attended the Remote Pilot Ranting Community Empowerment Training for Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems (SPUKTA), Monday (29/4) Morning.

Attending the training were FKPD Heads, Head of LPP RRI Ranai, Heads of relevant OPDs, Head of Secretariat of Transportation Human Resources Agency, Head of Aviation Education and Training Centre, and trainees.

Rodhial Huda thanked the Ministry of Transportation for determining Natuna Regency as the target of the training programme or location, where it was felt that the material would be very useful for the Natuna community.

He hoped that all participants would be able to follow this training as well as possible, because Natuna might become a new province in the future, where this area will become an attraction for various aspects considering the geographical location of this area is very strategic.

On the same occasion, the Head of the Curuk Aviation Education and Training Centre, Ahmad Hariri Zulda, reported that this activity was both a training and a certification for a person flying a drone of 250 grams to 25 kilo grams.

The technical training is carried out by delivering knowledge, attitudes and skills in flying drones that comply with the Civil Aviation Safety Regulation (CASR) part 107 concerning Small Unmanned Aircraft, and Minister of Transportation Regulation number pm 37 of 2020 concerning the Operation of Unmanned Aircraft in areas served by Indonesia.

Furthermore, it was also explained that Human Factor Training, is one of the basic safety trainers for personnel who provide services to the aviation industry, related to attitudes and skills in understanding the limitations possessed by a person to interact with procedures, work tools, the environment and other people to improve performance.

Furthermore, Safety Management System Training which is a basic safety training for personnel who provide services in the aviation sector related to knowledge, attitudes and skills in measuring hazards and mitigating risks, to reduce the gap between ideal conditions and facts in the field, and how to see safety as a system that must involve all parties in aviation services.
