The Regent of Natuna, represented by The Acting Secretary of Natuna Regency, Khaidir opened the Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) Coordination Meeting in the Meeting Room of the Natuna Regent's Office, 2nd floor, Friday (23/06) morning.
On this occasion, Khaidir conveyed, regarding the evaluation related to the SPBE connection. As is known in Natuna Regency, there have been many activities through this SPBE.
In 2022, the value for 8 SPBE in Natuna Regency was quite good, namely 2.24, to achieve a good predicate of 2.8 on a scale of 5. with regard to the application of SPBE in Natuna Regency, one of which is an electronic-based attendance list.
It is also said that the Natuna Regency government has also used many SPBE systems for public services, such as tax payments. The financial sector and also the application of public services.
Khaidir hopes that in the future many other E's will be connected to facilitate work.
For that, Khaidir thanked the OPDs who had attended. "Hopefully this coordination meeting will provide enlightenment for all of us and hopefully one by one our activities will be based on electronics," he said.
On the same occasion, the Vice Regent of Natuna, Rhodial Huda also had the opportunity to attend and conveyed, when he met with Menpan RB, the essence of the meeting required that each Regional government have an integrated application managed by Kominfo. Each agency is not allowed to make its own application. That is a message from Menpan that applies and must be obeyed.
Furthermore, Rhodial Huda also said that SPBE aims to minimise the possibility of loopholes for corruption.
