The Government of Natuna Regency held the 17th Days Ceremony in January 2023 which was attended by officials and state civil servants. It was located at the Natuna Regent's Office Yard, Batu Sisir St. Bukit Arai, Ranai, Tuesday Morning (17/01).
Acting as the inspector of the ceremony, the Regional Secretary, Boy Wijanarko Varianto, in his speech conveyed that by his point of view, many still rarely attended the 17th days of the month ceremony, either the civil servant, the temporary or the daily workers.
Thereby, Boy hoped all the Heads of Regional Apparatus Organization will pay special attention to this matter. If somehow, there are problems faced related to this and to the implementation of time-work discipline, the staff are able to communicate with the heads for the wayout.
In other words, efforts to build such a strong teamwork within must continually be actualized, namely by supervising, evaluating, and cooperating through optimizing the empowerment of apparatus in performing their official duties.
Regarding mobility and the implementation of official service duties as well as the gradual application of advances in information and communication technology through staffing applications, Boy instructed the Head of BKPSDM to determine the location points of POAP outside the office to accommodate employees who are on duty in the related location.
Apart from that, Boy also reminded both of officials and staff of the state civil apparatus within the Government of Natuna Regency to immediately submit the LHKPN and the LHKASN.
For those who did not or were late submitting would be penalized by the postponement of the Other Employee Income (TPP) payment. (Pro-Kopim/Sri)
