Wednesday (07/08) Morning, the Regional Secretary of Natuna Boy Wijanarko officially opened the Risk Management Socialization and Training at Perumda Air Minum (PDAM) Tirta Nusa Natuna, Jalan Batu Kapal Ranai, Bunguran Timur District.
Boy Wijanarko, hoped this training can be an evaluation forum for Perumda Air Minum Tirta Nusa so that it can improve employee performance in the future, which is certainly oriented towards excellent services for the community.
This activity is an effective step in strengthening resources at PDAM Tirta Nusa through various collaborations with various external parties.
The Head of the Kepri Financial and Development Supervisory Agency (BPKP), Richard Joshua in his speech said that risk management is the basic foundation in running a company.
He also expected the same thing, where all employees can improve performance, carry out tasks according to procedures, so as to minimize various risks that can hinder the realization of excellent service.
The Head of PDAM Titra Nusa, Zaharuddin, acknowledged that this activity is expected to have an impact on increasing the understanding of all employees in carrying out service tasks.
He hoped that the strategy of developing and improving the ability of human resources, in the future can be directly proportional to the development as well as to the increase in service demands, both in the internal and external environment.
