The Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi, opened the Selection of Government Employees with Work Agreements (PPPK) in 2023, held at the Computer Laboratory Room of SMA Negeri 1 Bunguran Timur, Friday (17/11) morning.
The recruitment involved several elements, including the Natuna Regency BKPSDM, the Pekanbaru Regional National Personnel Agency, the Police, and also elements of the Health Service.
Also attending this activity were the Regional Secretary of Natuna Regency, the Head of BKPSDM Natuna Regency, selection supervisors, and participants who on this first day were dominated by teaching staff/teachers.
In his speech, Wan Siswandi explained that the selection process was a form of the local government's seriousness in managing and accommodating the needs of regional honorary staff.
His appreciation was conveyed to all elements involved in this activity, and to all test participants, Wan Siswandi hoped that they could make the best use of this opportunity.
As well as providing support, Wan Siswandi also advised participants who would later pass the selection to be grateful for these achievements, while for participants who had not been successful to remain patient and continue to prepare themselves, facing the same test opportunities on subsequent occasions.
The PPPK selection in 2023 will take place from 17 to 22 November 2023, with a total of 310 formations opened. Some of the provisions set for participants are divided into two categories, namely honorary personnel with a minimum experience of 2 years serving in the Natuna Regency Regional Apparatus Organisation, which in determining graduation based on the ranking of test results.
The general participant category is an applicant from the public whose determination of graduation is based on a passing grade which is then ranked according to the test results. (Pro_kopim/Atra)
