On Tuesday (04/04) evening, the Natuna Regency Government’s Ramadan 1444 Hijriyah safari group visited the large At Taqwa Mosque in North Bunguran sub-district.
The group was led by the Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi, accompanied by several DPRD members, FKPD members, leaders and representatives of Regional Apparatus Organisations.
The group was scheduled to break the fast together, pray maghrib and isha and pray Sunnah Tarawih together with the Head of Sub-District and leadership elements of North Bunguran sub-district, village heads, religious leaders and the local community.
In his remarks, Wan Siswandi expressed his gratitude for the welcome from the host to the entire group. He hopes that this annual routine momentum can be an opportunity to establish and strengthen friendship and brotherhood.
Wan Siswandi also did not forget to advise, especially to the Sub-District Head, Village Head and mosque administrators, to continue to strive to prosper the mosque as one of the development strategies in the field of faith in the community, and hoped that this area would be spared from all dangers.
The Secretary of Bunguran Utara Sub-district, Abdul Karim said that following up on the appeal of the regional head to prosper the mosque, the Bunguran Utara Sub-district Government also utilised the momentum of this holy month to hold a Ramadan safari, visiting ‘One Village One Mosque’.
