On Wednesday (13/12) morning, the Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi, accompanied by several heads of Regional Apparatus Organisations, visited Sedanau Village to hand over land certificates, located in the Meeting Hall of the Bunguran Barat Sub-District Office.
This certificate is a recapitulation of the Complete Systematic Land Registration (PTSL) that is a government programme to facilitate the community to obtain land certificates for free.
In his speech, Wan Siswandi expressed his gratitude to BPN to help issuing land certificates belonging to the community.
Moreover, the administrative process of managing the land certificate is a form of community service that is free of charge.
According to Wan Siswandi, the handover of land certificates will provide legal certainty and protection for residents of land rights holders and land cultivators.
To the recipients of the land certificate, Wan Siswandi advised that the document can be kept and used properly in accordance with its utilisation.
For the people of Bunguran Barat Subdistrict, Wan Siswandi accompanied by the BPN handed over 265 certificates from the PTSL recapitulation.( Pro_kopim/Irles)
