Currently, the National Kwartir of the Scout Movement is attempting to improve Law Number 12 of 2010 concerning the Scout movement and build an application system that leads to the digitization era, with the aim that the Scout movement is not left behind, and can keep up with modern times.
The main theme of the 62nd Scout Day Commemoration in 2023 is, "WITH THE CELEBRATION OF THE 62nd PRAMUKA DAY, LET US CREATE THE PROFESSIONAL AND UNITY-ORIENTED HUMAN RESOURCES".
This theme shows the spirit of the Scout Movement to improve more professional human resources, observing that the current human resources are still far from what is expected.
This was conveyed by Ka. Kwarnas of the Scout Movement through his written speech read by the Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi as the Inspector of the Ceremony Commemorating the 62nd Scout Day in 2023, at Piwang Beach, Ranai, Wednesday (06/09) morning.
Present on the occasion, the Regional Secretary of Natuna Regency FKPD, OPD, Sub-District Heads, Natuna Kwarcab administrators , Scoutmasters, and ceremony participants who were the scout movement participants at the enforcer and Pandega levels from several high school front groups equivalent.
Furthermore, he explained, this year a number of national activities will be held including the National Raimuna, Camp Bakti Unit Karya (Pertisaka), National Level Bakti Husada, National Boy Scout and Girl Scout Deliberation (Musppanitra) and the National Conference (Munas) of the Scout Movement in Banda Aceh, Aceh Province.
Ka. Kwarnas in his speech also hopes that all Scout Movement people, both coaches and students, will continue to support the implementation of these various National Level activities.
Particularly related to Musppanitra and the National Conference of the Scout Movement so that the Regional Kwartir does not just pay attention to the election of the Chairman of DKN and Chairman of Kwarnas alone but also participates in discussing the Strategic Plan, Work Plan and Work Programme of the Scout Movement for the next five years.
