The Regent of Natuna Attends the Plenary Meeting on the Agenda of Submission of Final Opinions of the Natuna DPRD Factions on the Ranperda Amendment to the 2023 APBD

Located in the Plenary Meeting Room of the Natuna Regency DPRD, Ranai, the Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi attended the Plenary Meeting with the agenda of Submitting Final Opinions of the Natuna Regency DPRD Factions on the Ranperda Amendment to the Natuna Regency APBD T.A. 2023, Thursday (21/9/2023) morning.

Besides being attended by the Chairman and most of the Natuna Regency DPRD Members, the Plenary Meeting was also attended by the Deputy Regent of Natuna, Rodhial Huda along with the Regional Secretary, Assistants, and leaders of Regional Apparatus Organisations within the Natuna Regency Government.

Led directly by the Chairman of the Natuna Regency DPRD, Daeng Amhar in his speech explained that this activity was a follow-up to the submission of the Natuna Regency Regional Regulation Draft for the 2023 Budget Year on 13 September 2023.

Furthermore, the Hanura Faction expressed its opinion on the Randperda which generally understood the APBD Amendment and accepted the Ranperda Amendment to the 2023 APBD.

The same thing was also conveyed by the Gerindra and PAN factions which generally accepted and approved the Ranperda so that it could be immediately ratified into the APBD Amendment Regional Regulation for the 2023 fiscal year.

In delivering its opinion this time, the PPDN Faction conveyed suggestions to the Regional Government to rationalize the budget so that it is more efficient and effective. In addition, it is also expected to accelerate the receipt of Regional Original Revenue with all its potential.

On this occasion, the Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi also had the opportunity to deliver his remarks, explaining that with the limited budget, the Natuna Regional Government made various breakthroughs so that development could continue, one of which was by utilizing the Special Allocation Funds from various ministries. Meanwhile, in the education sector, the Natuna Regency Government has also built coordination to propose educational program support in the form of scholarships for the sons and daughters of the region at several national higher education institutions.

The end of the series of activities, it was continued with the signing of the Minutes of the Joint Agreement as well as the submission of the Perda document on the Amendment to the Natuna Regency APBD in 2023 between the Natuna Regency Regional Government and the Natuna Regency DPRD.
