The Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi, attended the Forkopimda and Regional Government Coordination Meeting in the Riau Islands Province, held in the Meeting Room of the Natuna Regent's Office, 2nd floor, Batu Sisir Bukit Arai Street, Ranai, Wednesday (16/08) afternoon.
The activity, led directly by the Governor of Riau Islands, Ansar Ahmad, was attended by the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum and regional heads throughout the Riau Islands Province.
On the occasion, Ansar in his opening speech said that this meeting was a routine FKPD Meeting every 3 months, with the aim of evaluating performance in various aspects.
Some aspects discussed at the meeting included economic growth, handling stunting and inflation, joint commitment to prevent forest and land fires and so on.
Ansar also expressed his appreciation to stakeholders throughout the Riau Islands Province who continue to provide support for the course of regional development. From the results of good cooperation and coordination, gratitude was expressed because some time ago the President of the Republic of Indonesia had awarded the Riau Islands as the best province in handling the Covid Pandemic.
To continue the development process, Ansar also hopes for constructive input from the coordination meeting participants, especially regarding the organization of legislative elections, presidential elections and regional elections.
