The Regent Hands Over Community Land Ownership Certificates at the Opening of the 2023 Bunguran Batubi Sub-District Musrenbang.

The Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi, officially opened the 2023 Bunguran Batubi Sub-District Musrenbang on Tuesday (07/02), as part of a series of official Regional Government visits.

Wan Siswandi explained in his speech at the Bunguran Batubi Sub-District Building that the Musrenbang should be a medium for containing the aspirations of the community, which is carried out in stages beginning with the village level.

However, given the frequent refocusing of regional budgets, priority proposals are ones affecting the lives of a large number of people and programs that must be implemented immediately. By taking into account the budget's ability, so that it can be realized in 2024.

The establishment of a priority scale is a collaborative effort to avoid payable activities the following year. As a result, the proposal must still consider budget capacity predictions.

Given Natuna's recent budget constraints, Wan Siswandi explained that the local government has coordinated with several ministries to obtain support for development programs.

As a result of the above coordination, Natuna Regency received a disbursement of activity programs from a variety of ministries, including the Sebayar Dam Development, Additional electrical power, BTS construction, and several other programs.

Furthermore, Wan Siswandi stated that the Regional Government had submitted land ownership certificates from the Transmigration program in connection with joint efforts in establishing land rights for some of the Bunguran Batubi community.

The details of the certificates that have previously been submitted total 86 certificates, with 33 asset certificates being submitted today. Furthermore, there are 654 asset certificates in the process of being issued.

Furthermore, Tri Didik Sisworo, the Head of Bunguran Batubi Sub-District, reported that the Sub-District Musrenbang activity this time carried the theme 'Improving community welfare and strengthening governance supported by accelerating the quality of human resources'.

Furthermore, his party divided the classification of proposals into two priority areas, namely village development priorities and sub-district development priorities, based on the results of the Musrenbang in 5 villages held previously.

Didik hopes that through this activity, the sub-district government will be able to better accommodate the aspirations of village-level development priority proposals, allowing for more rapid and equitable development in its working area. (Pro_kopim/Endang)
