Located in the courtyard of the Natuna Regent's Office, Jalan Batu Sisir Bukit Arai, Ranai, Friday (22/12) morning. The Natuna Regency Government held the 95th Mother's Day Commemoration (PHI) in 2023.
The Vice Regent of Natuna, Rodhial Huda acted as the Ceremony Inspector, attended by the Chairman of the Natuna Regency DPRD and his wife, members of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum and their wives, heads of Women's Organisations and community leaders.
Also present as participants in the ceremony were staff and officials within the Natuna Regency Government, representatives of the Genre Ambassadors and the Natuna Regency Children's Forum.
In his speech, Rodhial Huda said that the 95th PHI in 2023 will be a new milestone for the journey of Indonesian women in contributing to advancing the nation's life.
The post-pandemic situation with all the new challenges that have emerged is a new chapter for the struggles of Indonesian women, a track record of the contribution of Indonesian women to revive the family economy during the pandemic, is proof that women are always present in a moment of national struggle.
Following this year's PHI theme, "Empowered Women, Advanced Indonesia" should be used as a motivation to understand and appreciate the significant contributions made by women in advancing this country.
The above theme is expected to inspire all parties to continue to support women and realise the importance of their role in achieving Indonesia's progress.
At the end of the ceremony, the Regent of Natuna, represented by the Vice Regent of Natuna, handed over the Award Charter to all leaders of the Natuna Regency Women's Organisation, witnessed by the invitees and participants. Pro-Kopim (D&S)
