The task of the Red and White Flag Raising Troops (Paskibraka) in the commemoration of the Independence Day of the Republic of Indonesia, has an important meaning, in realizing a state of wisdom, as a form of gratitude and thanks to all the heroes of the nation’s independence fighters.
After being inaugurated, the Paskibraka officially carry out this task and are considered ready to carry out their duties, raising the Red and White flag, both in the Proclamation Seconds ceremony and the Flag Lowering Ceremony on the anniversary of Indonesian Independence Day.
This was conveyed by the Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi in his speech when inaugurating the Natuna Regency Paskibraka for the 79th Independence Day commemoration in 2024, held at the Sri Serindit Multipurpose building, Jalan Yoes Soedarso, Batu Hitam, Ranai, Thursday (15/08) night.
Siswandi hopes that the 33 newly inaugurated Paskibraka, so that all the material for developing skills, mentality and national insight obtained in the previous stabilization process, can be transmitted to colleagues of the same age, as well as in relationships in the community.
In addition, Wan Siswandi also advised, in the future, to try to be wiser in responding to technological advances, take advantage of this to enrich personal treasures, and stay away from various forms of activities and associations that have a negative impact on the future.
Also present at the event were the Chairman of the DPRD, the Vice Regent of Natuna, Forkopimda, Regional Secretary, several leaders of Regional Apparatus Organizations, school principals, coaches, coaches, and parents of Paskibraka. (Pro_kopim/D&S).
