The agenda was the official visit of the Governor of Riau Islands, Ansar Ahmad, accompanied by the Supreme Court of Riau Islands, Gerry Yasid and several OPDs of Natuna Regency Government, Tuesday morning (10/1).
They directly inspected the Semala Bridge which severely damaged due to the flood occurred in mid-December 2022.
Several officials, including the Regional Secretary and several Heads of the Regional Apparatus Organization (OPD) of Natuna Regency Government attended the agenda.
During the inspection, Ansar said the bridge, which is approximately 20 meters long, is the main route connects the villages of North Kelarik with the sub-districts of Bunguran Barat and Bunguran Batubi.
This inspection is a quick response from the Riau Islands Provincial Government, acknowledging the bridge is the lifeblood of the local community's economic activity. So that the disconnected bridge, will automatically bring the community's economic activities constrained.
As a follow-up, Ansar promised to immediately repair the bridge through the Central BNPB in the 2023 Fiscal Year through emergency response fund. (Pro_Kopim/D ).
