Located in the Trend Central Hall on Pramuka Ranai Street, the Acting Regional Secretary of Natuna Regency, Khaidir, officially opened the Technical Guidance for Government Procurement of Goods and Services and Level 1 Competency Certification Exam for the Natuna Regency Government FY 2023, Wednesday (21/06) morning.
The activity was attended by RI Government Procurement Resource Persons, and several leaders of related Regional Apparatus Organisations and all activity participants.
In his remarks, Khaidir said that in 2022 the procurement general plan information system application uploaded by each regional apparatus organisation of the Natuna district government reached 96 percent.
While this year it increased to 99 percent, this illustrates the high commitment of the local government to realise the optimisation of the delivery of the development budget through various policies set by LKPP.
However, until now it still has limited apparatus resources that are truly capable of supporting the implementation of government procurement of goods and services both in quality and quantity.
Khaidir hopes that through this activity, all participants can pass the competency test at the end of the activity, so that each regional apparatus organisation has apparatus resources that have certification in goods and services procurement which of course can support the implementation of goods and services procurement more optimally in the following years.
Furthermore, the Head of the Goods and Services Procurement Section of the Natuna Regency Regional Secretariat, Hendri Dunan, reported that the purpose of the activity was to provide briefings, improve knowledge and skills to technical assistance participants regarding the procurement of goods and services in accordance with Presidential Regulation 12 of 2021, so that participants have competence in the procurement of goods / services and of course also successfully take the level 1 competency certification exam.
This activity will last for three days (21 to 22 June 2023), the participants are from each OPD representative of the Natuna district government.(Pro_Kopim/Sri)
