Swift Response: Natuna Regent Conducts On-Site Inspection of Fire Incident in Air Payang, Ranai Kota

A fire broke out in the Air Payang area, Ranai Kota Sub-district, on Monday night (09/02), destroying one residential house and causing panic among nearby residents.

Upon learning of the incident, Natuna Regent Cen Sui Lan immediately visited the site to assess the post-fire conditions. Her presence reflected the local government’s concern and responsibility toward residents affected by the disaster.

During the visit, the Regent expressed her deepest sympathy to the affected family and conveyed her hope that they would be granted strength and resilience in facing this difficult situation.

She also held direct discussions with the victims to identify their most urgent needs, emphasizing the government’s commitment to ensuring that emergency response measures are carried out swiftly and appropriately.

The Regent’s visit to the fire site demonstrated a rapid response to the incident, reaffirming the local government’s commitment to being present and responsive during emergencies. She ensured that assistance would be promptly distributed through the Social Affairs Office and other relevant agencies, so that the victims’ basic needs could be met without delay.

In addition, the Regent urged the public to remain vigilant and exercise caution to prevent similar incidents. She emphasized the importance of routinely checking electrical installations and using household appliances safely.
