The Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi, directly handed over the Budget Implementation Document (DPA) for the 2025 APBD to each Regional Apparatus Organisation (OPD) within the Natuna Regency Regional Government, located in the Second Floor Meeting Room of the Natuna Regent’s Office, Bukit Arai, Monday (20/01) Morning.
The document contains details of income and expenditure for each OPD which is used as the basis for implementing the entire list of programmes and activities for one fiscal year 2025.
Wan Siswandi said that in 2024 many developments had been realised based on planning that adjusted the available regional budget, also assisted by special budget funds from the Ministry, where the implementation was carried out evenly according to a priority scale.
Related to that, Wan Siswandi explained that with the refocusing of this year’s budget, it is hoped that each OPD can maximise development activities by setting a priority scale, so that the wheels of government can still run amid budget constraints.
He also reminded that regional development does not only focus on physical development, but also how the development of the economic sector must also be encouraged, including human resource development.
On this occasion, Wan Siswandi and Rodhial Huda also expressed their gratitude to all OPDs who have synergised well in running the government during their 3.5 years of leadership. he hopes that in the next leadership all OPDs can work even better in developing Natuna.
The event began with a Performance Evaluation Meeting during 2024, followed by the submission of DPA Documents to all OPD Heads which were submitted directly by the Regent of Natuna.
Also present on the occasion were the Vice Regent of Natuna, Secretary of Natuna, Assistant I for Government Affairs, and all OPD leaders within the Natuna Regency Government. (Prokopim/Patli)
