The Natuna Regency Government commemorated the 54th Anniversary of Korpri with a formal ceremony held on Monday morning (01/12) at the Natuna Regent’s Office Courtyard. The Regional Secretary, Boy Wijanarko, served as the Ceremony Inspector, attended by civil servants from across the Natuna Regency Government.
On this occasion, Boy Wijanarko delivered the official remarks of the Chairman of the National Korpri Executive Board, Zudan Arif Fakrulloh. In his message, he emphasized that the current digital era demands significant changes in mindset, attitude, and action.
According to Zudan Arif, civil servants must be able to adapt to technological advancements—working faster, more efficiently, innovatively, and competitively. He expressed hope that ASN members become key drivers of digital transformation in government, not only as implementers but as active users of technology to improve public services, strengthen transparency, and build public trust.
He further conveyed that the government’s commitment to strengthening Korpri remains clear and strong. Various efforts continue to be pursued, including one major bureaucratic reform initiative: the enactment of Law No. 20 of 2023 on State Civil Apparatus, replacing Law No. 5 of 2014.
This legislative update—introduced after a decade without revision—aims to align with developments in modern governance, reinforce the professional interests of ASN, uphold ethical standards, elevate service quality, and solidify the spirit of Korpri as both recorder and unifier of the nation.
Zudan Arif also expressed hope that all Korpri members will continue to safeguard the momentum of bureaucratic reform, ensuring it increasingly protects, empowers, and benefits both ASN and the wider public.
In closing, he called upon all Korpri members to keep innovating, strengthening their dedication, and working wholeheartedly for the advancement of the nation and the state. (Pro_kopim (D&S))
