Located in the Meeting Room on the second floor of the Natuna Regent's Office, Batu Sisir Bukit Arai Street, Ranai, the Regional Secretary of Natuna Regency, Boy Wijanarko Varianto chaired a meeting with the Head of the Natuna Regency Financial, Revenue and Asset Management Agency (BPKAD) with the material of the Socialisation of Perbup 45 of 2023 concerning Procedures for Regional Losses to Third Parties and Perbup 46 of 2023 concerning Procedures for Compensation for Losses, Monday, (20/11) morning.
In his speech, Boy Wijanarko said that the Regulations above are the implementation of the evaluation results and requests from the Head of BPK RI, related to third-party compensation and compensation claims.
So, this socialization is very important because it is directly related to the leaders of Regional Apparatus Organisations and treasurers, so that they can understand the material for implementing the above regulations, especially related to the compensation process.
Boy explained that this compensation would still have to be paid with the assistance of legal apparatus. For this reason, understanding in implementing the above regulations must be truly realized in accordance with applicable provisions.
