Natuna Regent Cen Sui Lan hosted an appreciation evening with the 2025 Natuna Regency Paskibraka (Flag Hoisting Troop) at the Gedung Daerah on the evening of August 18.
This event served as a form of recognition and appreciation from the local government to the selected students who successfully carried out their duties during the 80th Anniversary Commemoration Ceremony of the Independence of the Republic of Indonesia.
During the event, Cen Sui Lan symbolically presented certificates of appreciation and tokens of gratitude to the Paskibraka members. She expressed her pride in these outstanding sons and daughters of the region who demonstrated discipline, responsibility, and a strong sense of nationalism throughout their service.
Cen Sui Lan emphasized that the Paskibraka members represent the nation’s future generation. She encouraged them to use the experience gained through Paskibraka as a source of motivation to continue achieving excellence and bringing pride to Natuna.
The Regent also expressed her hope that the Paskibraka members would serve as role models for their peers at school and within the community. She underlined the importance of Natuna’s youth in continuously honing their skills, upholding unity, and contributing actively to regional development.
The gathering was held in a warm and friendly atmosphere, attended by the Vice Regent of Natuna, members of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda), trainers, mentors, and the students’ parents or guardians. In addition to the award presentation, the event also featured student performances and entertainment.
