Located at Mess Cipati of the Ranai Naval Base (Lanal Ranai), the Regent of Natuna, Cen Sui Lan, attended the Farewell and Assignment Ceremony of the Commander of Lanal Ranai, Navy Colonel (P) Dian Tri Hutanto, S.Kel., M.M., CRMP, on Tuesday afternoon, August 19.
In her remarks, Regent Cen Sui Lan conveyed her highest appreciation and gratitude for Colonel Dian’s service. On behalf of the government and the people of Natuna Regency, she extended sincere thanks for his dedication and the strong cooperation established with the regional government during his tenure.
The Regent also expressed her congratulations and best wishes for continued success to the outgoing Commander as he embarks on his new assignment. She further emphasized the importance of sustaining the synergy and coordination that has been established, which will continue under the leadership of the incoming Commander, in order to uphold security and defend the sovereignty of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI).
On the same occasion, Commander Colonel Dian expressed his gratitude to all parties in Natuna, particularly for the support received from the regional government and the local community, which he regarded as crucial to the successful execution of his duties in maritime security.
As his term of duty in Natuna concludes, Colonel Dian expressed hope that under the leadership of the new Commander, the cooperation and coordination that have been built will continue to strengthen in safeguarding stability and sovereignty in this strategically significant border region of the Republic of Indonesia.
The farewell ceremony was held in a warm and cordial atmosphere, attended by members of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda), several TNI/Polri officers, community leaders, and invited guests.
