Natuna, September 29, 2025 — Regent of Natuna, Cen Sui Lan, attended the Plenary Session of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Natuna Regency, held at the DPRD Meeting Hall, Jalan Yoes Soedarso, Ranai, on Monday morning.
The session, chaired by DPRD Chairperson Rusli, focused on the agenda of delivering the final statements of political party factions regarding the Draft Regional Regulation (Ranperda) on Amendments to the 2025 Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD).
Also present at the session were the Vice Regent of Natuna, members of Forkopimda, the Regional Secretary, and several heads of Regional Apparatus Organizations within the Natuna Regency Government.
In their closing statements, all factions—including Golkar, PDIP, Nasdem, Gerindra, and APS—generally accepted the draft bylaw and agreed that it be enacted as a Regional Regulation (Perda) on the 2025 Revised APBD. Several notes and recommendations were also highlighted, emphasizing that budget allocations must be designed and implemented more efficiently and effectively.
The session concluded with the signing of a joint agreement between the DPRD of Natuna and the Regional Government, followed by the handover of official documents as a symbolic act marking the ratification of the draft bylaw into a Regional Regulation on the 2025 Revised APBD.
