Natuna Regent Cen Sui Lan, together with Vice Regent Jarmin, attended the commemoration of the 80th Anniversary of the Adhyaksa Corps held at the Natuna District Attorney’s Office (Kejari) in Ranai on Tuesday morning (2/9).
The event was also attended by several regional officials, including the Chair and Deputy Chair of the Natuna Regional House of Representatives (DPRD), members of the Regional Leadership Coordination Forum (Forkopimda), Commander of Denhanud 477 Kopasgat, leaders of vertical institutions, and community figures.
The celebration of the 80th anniversary was marked by the symbolic cutting of cake and tumpeng by the Natuna District Attorney, accompanied by Regent Cen Sui Lan and Forkopimda members. The program also included the presentation of donations to several orphans.
In her address, Regent Cen Sui Lan conveyed her appreciation for the contribution of the Natuna District Attorney’s Office in upholding the rule of law in the region. She stressed that regional development cannot progress without cross-sector collaboration, underlining the strategic role of the attorney general’s office as an instrument of law and justice.
She further emphasized that the attorney general’s office holds an important position in maintaining legal stability within society, the nation, and the state.
“At this 80th anniversary, I call on all parties to use this momentum to strengthen cooperation and alignment in advancing regional development, particularly in ensuring clean, fair, and transparent public services,” Regent Cen Sui Lan stated.
Meanwhile, Head of the Natuna District Attorney’s Office, Surayadi Sembiring, S.H., M.H., highlighted that the anniversary serves as a momentum to build work motivation in enhancing accountability and professionalism, in line with the theme: “Prosecutorial Transparency Towards an Advanced Indonesia.”
He further noted that the 80th Adhyaksa Anniversary is not only a reflection of the institution’s long journey but also an opportunity to strengthen inter-agency collaboration in realizing Natuna as a progressive, law-abiding, and dignified region. (Prokopim/Patli)
