Located at the Sri Srindit soccer field, Natuna Regent, Wan Siswandi attended and opened the Natuna Regent's Cup Open tournament, 2023, Monday (11/9) Afternoon.
This activity is a series of events to commemorate the 24th Anniversary of Natuna Regency, 2023, which is coordinated by the Youth and Sports Service (Dispora).
The sports competitions that will be held for approximately one month, (from 11 September to 11 October 2023) include Football, Volleyball, Table Tennis, Sepak Takraw, Futsal, Billiards, Field Tennis, and Gasing Matches.
The activity starts on 11 September to 11 October 2023 with each venue that has been appointed by the organising committee.
Also present on the occasion were several regional officials, including the Deputy Regent of Natuna and members of the Forkopimda, the Vice Chairman of the Natuna DPRD and several members, the Regional Secretary, the Assistants, and a number of Regional Apparatus Organisation Leaders.
In his remarks, Wan Siswandi appreciated all the organizing committees who had worked hard in preparing until the end of the implementation of this activity.
Furthermore, it was added so that there would be no misunderstanding, that this activity was indeed charged to the APBD for operations and various prizes, but participants were still charged a registration fee.
This is intended to create the impression that all branches of the race are intended for the entire community and there are no restrictions or special categories of participants who are allowed to participate in existing matches.
To all elements of the TNI and Polri units, thanks were also expressed, especially as protective support and security aspects during this series of activities.
Finally, Wan Siswandi also advised that the main purpose of this activity was to become a benchmark media for abilities in each branch that was contested as well as a talent search media. In addition, all participants in particular were advised to always uphold sportsmanship and make this sport a medium for friendship.
Furthermore, the Natuna Regent and Forkopimda together released a gas balloon as a sign of the start of the 2023 Regent Cup Open Tournament. (Pro_kopim/Irles).
