The Regional Secretary of Natuna Regency, Boy Wijanarko Varianto, opened the 2024th Branch Deliberation (Muscab) of the Natuna Regency Scout Movement, held at Trend Central Hotel, Jalan Pramuka, Ranai, on Wednesday (11/12) morning.
Present on the occasion were representatives from the Maritime Work Unit (Saka), Saka Bhayangkari, Saka Dirgantara, Saka Wira Kartika, Saka SAR, Kwarcab Administrators, Kwarran se-Kwarcab, Kamabiran throughout Natuna Regency and Muscab participants.
Boy Wijanarko stated in his speech that the Scout Movement is an important programme in the process of educating, fostering and preparing a resilient, skilled, intelligent and agile young generation for the future.
So along with the times, the Scout Movement should not remain silent, they must be able to innovate in contributing to character building education in accordance with the demands of the times.
Furthermore, Boy Wijanarko also appreciated and welcomed the holding of the IVth Muscab today, hoping that this activity could run smoothly, as well as the creation of an effective and implementable future work plan for all members of the Natuna Kwarcab Scout Movement.
Furthermore, the Head of the Youth and Sports Service, Hikmatul lArif in his report said that this activity aims to discuss and ratify the 2019 2024 work programme as well as elect the chairman and management of the Scout Movement Branch of the 2024-2029 bhakti period.
This activity was held from 11-12 December 2024, with the number of participants consisting of elements of the Natuna Scout Movement Kwarcab (10 people, Branch Work Council (15 people), representatives of Kwartir Ranting (15 people), Branch Work Council (10 people, committee elements (10 people).
