In order to preserve culture through Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Bunguran Tengah District area, Air Lengit Village held the Air Lengit Expo 2024 which was centered on the Air Lengit Village Office yard.
The Vice Regent of Natuna, Rodhial Huda, opened the event on Tuesday (27/08) night, saying that this activity was one of the village innovations by the Bumdes, which must be appreciated, because it had an impact on increasing the economic activities of the local community.
He also hoped that the village government would be able to carry out studies and mapping for the development of MSMEs, so that the products produced were truly long-term community needs, and could be used daily.
On this basis, the local government will continue to encourage the “One Village One Product” program, where each village has one superior product according to the potential of each village.
Rodhial also emphasized that economic infrastructure must be built from the village, because the progress of the village is a measure of the success or failure of a region. Therefore, he hopes that this activity can be emulated by other villages in an effort to increase village economic growth.
The Regent of Natuna, Wan Siswandi, who was present during the bazaar visit after the opening ceremony, appreciated the various local products sold at the expo. Regarding the One Village One Product program delivered by the Deputy Regent of Natuna at the momentum of the opening of this activity, he agreed that each village must have a distinctive product that has local wisdom value.
Present on the occasion included Danyon Komposit Gardapati / Natuna, Chairperson of TP. PKK Natuna Regency, Bunguran Tengah Sub-District Head, village heads and village councils in Bunguran Tengah Sub-District as well as community leaders and visitors. (Pro_kopim/Patli)
