Officially Opens The 2024 Regency Musrenbang. The Regent of Natuna “The Development Plan in 2025 Focuses on Economic Improvement”.

On Tuesday (5/3) evening, the Development Plan Deliberation (MUSRENBANG) of the Natuna Regency Government for 2024 was officially opened by the Natuna Regent, at the Sri Srindit Building, Ranai.

Several figures were present at this activity including the Deputy Regent of Natuna, Deputy Chairman I of the Natuna DPRD, Forkopimda of Natuna Regency, Regional Secretary of Natuna Regency, Assistants, Expert Staff, several OPD Leaders, Sub-District Heads, Religious leaders, Community leaders, Youth leaders and Women leaders.

The Regency Musrenbang is the peak stage for refining the 2025 RKPD which is carried out democratically between stakeholders and continued with the budgeting stage through the preparation of the General Budget Policy (KUA) and continued to the stage of preparing the Temporary Budget Ceiling Priority (PPAS).

Wan Siswandi, the Regent of Natuna, addressed the meeting by saying that the support of the Central Government is one of the important factors in development, given the limited financial condition of the regions.

Therefore, until now the Regional Government has continued to coordinate with the Central Ministry and several institutions to encourage the establishment of good relations so that they can work together in developing Natuna.

In the discussion of this Musrenbang, Wan Siswandi hopes that later it will produce a scale of development priorities that really become the needs of the community not only limited to desires, so that development planning in 2025 is more focused on improving the economy by optimising local resources supported by improving the quality of superior human resources and infrastructure and quality government governance.

Wan Siswandi also appealed and emphasized that to realise this common desire, participants could make the best use of this activity, and participate positively to improve the Draft RKPD in 2025.

The Natuna Regency Musrenbang will take place from 5th March to 7th March 2024 with the theme “Strengthening Maritime Economic Development to Realise an Excellent and Prosperous Natuna Regency Community”.

Furthermore, Wan Siswandi also handed over the award of the evaluation results of compliance with public service standards from the Ombudsman RI in 2023 to 7 winners, namely: One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office, Social Office, Tanjung Health Centre, Bunguran Tengah Health Centre, Population and Civil Registration Office, Health Office and Education Office.
