Located in the Meeting Room of the Natuna Regent's Office, Jalan Batu Sisir Bukit Arai, Ranai, Tuesday, (04/04) morning, Regional Secretary Boy Wijanarko Varianto attended the FGD Measurement of the Border Area Management Index (IPKP) of the National Strategic Activity Centre (PKSN) at PKSN Ranai.
The event was also attended by several regional officials including members of the Forkopimda, several leaders and representatives from Regional Apparatus Organisations, and several sub-district heads.
In his opening remarks, Boy expressed his gratitude and welcome to the group of the National Border Management Agency (BNPP) RI in Natuna Regency.
He hopes that this meeting can provide information to all elements, both the Regional Government and vertical institutions, TNI and Polri, related to the border area development plan in Natuna Regency. With the right information, all elements will be able to provide support according to their main tasks and functions.
On this occasion, Planning Expert for Facilities and Monev Asdep Potential of Marine Border Areas BNPP RI, Sriyanto explained the purpose and objectives of this FGD.
The aims and objectives of this activity include socialising the 2020-2024 Master Plan for Border Management and the 2020-2024 RPJM regarding the targets and locations of border area development activities, especially the development of national strategic activity centres (PKSN).
In addition, this activity is intended to obtain input on fundamental strategic issues that need to be coordinated and synergised in the preparation of PKSN development activity programmes.
Equalising perceptions and commitment of all ministries/agencies in the development of border areas as well as collecting data in the context of measuring IPKP for Locpri and PKSN Ranai.
Sriyanto also added in his presentation that IPKP in the 2020-2024 RPJMN, a performance evaluation tool is needed to see the achievements of border area management with measurable indicators and can describe the profile of the area and provide programme interventions that must be carried out by K / L in PKSN.
Therefore, Bappenas will use IPKP PKSN to see achievements and become one of the field/thematic indicators in the draft RPJPN 2025-2045.
IPKP must be used by all K/L and updated and submitted to papenas (RPJMN Goals) and K/L as input in identifying the needs of border area development interventions. (Pro-Kopim/Sri)
