The Regional Government Implementation Report (LPPD) for 1 Fiscal Year, is prepared to report the performance achievements of regional government and development.
For Natuna Regency, most of the Regional Apparatus Organizations have not fully submitted budget absorption and work program realization reports based on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Given the importance of preparing and presenting these reports, it is hoped that each OPD will prioritize submitting the LPPD so that an evaluation can be conducted as soon as possible.
The above was stated by The Regional Secretary of Natuna Regency, Boy Wijanarko Varianto in his speech when opening the Virtual Meeting of the Socialization of the Natuna Regency LPPD in 2022, Fiscal Year 2023, held on Monday (30/1/2023) morning in the 2nd Floor Meeting Room of the Natuna Regent’s Office, Batu Sisir St. Bukit Arai, Ranai.
Other than the Director of Performance Evaluation and Regional Capacity Building, Deddy Winarman, and representatives from the Riau Islands Provincial Government Bureau, the Regional Secretariat Assistant 1 of Natuna Regency, Khaidir SE, and the Division Head of the Governance, Izhar, as well as several OPDs represented by the Secretary of Departments the Sub-Division Head of the Program and Finance also attended the occasion.
Boy also stated that the OPDs should take this activity seriously. Furthermore, he expressed his appreciation for all parties’ attention and suggestions, hoping to have a positive impact on the quality of Natuna Regency’s LPPD reporting in the future.
Deddy Winarman, Director of Performance Evaluation and Regional Capacity Building, also stated that his party was currently evaluating the LPPD that had been submitted. The report must be submitted by March 31, 2023.
Deddy hopes that by participating in this Socialization activity, the process of gathering information, preparing, and submitting LPPD from Natuna Regency will be evaluated and completed on time in the future.
There are several things to consider regarding the IKK, including nomenclature adjustments, given the changes in laws and regulations in several fields, such as the change from Building Permit (IMB) to Building Approval (PBG).
Furthermore, nomenclatures must be adjusted to emphasize the operational definition of IKK, such as in the affairs of trantibum linmas, food, fisheries, and the existence of IKK that receives special treatment due to authority, geographical, and incidental factors. (Pro kopim/irles)
