On Wednesday (17/5/) at the Hajj Dormitory of the Natuna Grand Mosque Complex, Ranai, the Natuna Regency Government held the opening ceremony of the Natuna Regency Hajj Manasik Hajj Season 1444 H. The event was officially opened by the Deputy Regent of Natuna, Rodhial Huda.
In his speech, Rodhial Huda advised the Natuna Hajj Candidates (CJH) to continue to strive to straighten their intentions and improve the quality of worship when carrying out the entire series of Hajj pilgrimages in the haram land.
To all CJH, Rodhial also advised to make the opportunity to become God's guest in the Hajj pilgrimage as an opportunity to increase one's faith. This is something to be grateful for, considering that there are so many Muslims who are physically and materially capable, but have not been called or have to wait for the queue due to limited quota.
In addition, Rodhial also advised that in carrying out the entire series of Hajj pilgrimages, CJHs should always say good words and behaviour, and are expected to pray for Natuna to be given blessings and be kept away from all dangers.
Finally, Rodhial hoped that all CJH will be given smoothness and be awarded the reward of mabrur hajj. Become a religious fortress and role model in the midst of family and community relationships.
Meanwhile, the Head of the Natuna Regency Secretariat's Head of Welfare, Sudirman, reported that the Hajj manasik activity was held with the aim that the CJH would be more mature in preparing for the Hajj pilgrimage later, even though they had previously studied on their own, and manasik had been held from the sub-district level.
Furthermore, it was also reported that the Indonesian Hajj quota in 1444 H/2023 M totalled 221,000 pilgrims, consisting of regular pilgrims (203,320), special pilgrims (17,680) and officers (4,200). As for Natuna Regency this year, there is a quota of 101 CJHs.
Sudirman also reported that the Natuna Regional Government is freeing up the cost of medical check-ups, including the manasik event conducted today.
The CJH from Natuna Regency is planned to depart on Saturday (20/05) using Air Transportation from Raden Sadjad Airbase, Ranai.
Finally, Sudirman also advised all CJH from Natuna to always maintain their health, and prepare themselves both physically and mentally. Hopefully, in carrying out the Hajj pilgrimage, they can fulfil the requirements and pillars of Hajj. (Pro_kopim/Irles)
