The Regent of Natuna, Wan Siwandi symbolically handed over tents to the hawkers stalls at the location from PT. Pegadaian CSR Program in Pantai Piwang, Ranai, Friday evening (13/01)
The Regional Secretary, The Economic Development Assistant, Head of Department of Industry, Trade, Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises of Natuna Regency, Branch Manager of PT. Pegadaian Natuna, several Heads of Regional Apparatus Organization and hawkers attended the occasion.
Wan Siswandi, in his speech expressed his appreciation and gratitude to PT. Pegadaian, which so far has supported the local government to establish Pantai Piwang food and snack center.
By handing over the tents, it is hoped the hawkers will be able to support the layout of the location to make it tidier and more attractive.
Additionally, he mentioned the local government planned to unify the center booth and to reclaim the coast so that the location can be further expanded. However, due to limited regional budgets, this program would be submitted through the Special Allocation Fund from the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing.
In the end of his speech, Wan Siswandi hoped this program could be immediately actualized, so it could improve the economy, especially for the hawkers and MSMEs in Natuna Regency.
The Branch Manager of PT. Pegadaian Natuna, Firmansyah, on the same occasion expressed his gratitude to the Government of Natuna Regency and hoped this cooperation and coordination built could continually be enhanced.
Firmansyah stated the CSR is a form of concern and social responsibility to the people of Natuna Regency for their business location.
For this reason, he would continue to make efforts so that this program could continue to run in a sustainable manner, and hoped the assistance provided would have positive impact on the business growth of the hawkers food and snacks in Pantai Piwang. (Pro_copym/Ys)
