Located on the second floor of the Regent's Office Meeting Room, Jalan Batu Sisir Bukit Arai, Ranai, Monday (31/07) evening, Natuna Regional Secretary Boy Wijanarko accompanied by Forkopimda, leaders of related OPDs, attended an online meeting, chaired by the Governor of Riau Islands, Ansar Ahmad, to discuss preparations for the 78th Anniversary of Indonesian Independence which will be held in Natuna Regency.
Ansar Ahmad in his opening remarks explained the series of activities that would be held, including welcoming the Minister of Home Affairs and his entourage, Handover of Incentive Assistance to Paud Teachers and Agricultural Assistance, Football and Volli sports matches, folk games, Forkopimda Meetings, Development Parades, Coastal Malay Gebyar Exhibitions, Sacred Meditation Apples and Torch Parades, Flag Raising and Flag Lowering Ceremonies and State Night.
Given the complexity of the series of events is very high, Ansar hopes that all elements of the committee can build solid coordination so that the implementation of all activities can run smoothly.
The success of the entire series of events is very much determined by cooperation and joint commitment, and will have an impact on the good name of the Riau Islands Province and Natuna Regency as the host.
Furthermore, the Regional Secretary of Natuna Regency, Boy Wijarnako on this occasion said that the Regional Government together with Forkopimda, OPD and all elements involved in the committee continued to build coordination in order to prepare and complete all the necessary needs, so that the entire series of events could be carried out smoothly.
Slightly explaining the ceremony officers, Boy reported that the Natuna Police Chief would be assigned as the Commander of the Proclamation Detik-Detik Ceremony. Meanwhile, Dandim 0318 Natuna will serve as Commander of the Flag Lowering Ceremony.
Regarding the implementation of the torch parade on 16 August 2023, the Natuna Regency Government is currently coordinating with various elements of the committee to determine the route and technical scheme of traffic arrangements during the activity.
Gratitude was expressed to the Provincial Government of the Riau Islands, which continuously provides direction for preparing all matters related to the preparation of the above series of activities.
Good coordination with the Riau Islands Provincial Government is highly expected, especially considering the planned presence of the Minister of Home Affairs who will be present in the entire series of activities on the occasion of the 78th Anniversary of the Republic of Indonesia at the Riau Islands Province level in Natuna Regency.
